Vegan GOD

Christian: Do you have need of this little lamb's life? For that matter, do you need meat at all? Did not God make man's ideal diet herbivorous whenever he directly ruled his people: in Eden's Paradise, in God's fiercely prescribed Manna diet for the Israelites under his direct care in the Desert Wilderness, in Daniel 1 and in Heaven? Did not Jesus teach each of us to daily pray, "Thy will be done, on earth, as it is in Heaven?" Does God eat the flesh of bulls and goats? (Numbers 11). Do the Saints kill and eat animals in Heaven? (Isaiah 65) Kill kill kill, if you like. But do not all these examples of God's people abstaining from killing prove you are not under any obligation to kill? And since you are not duty bound to kill animals and since you have no need to kill them in an age of near infinite healthy plant based food choices, isn't it kinder, more loving...better, to preserve and love God's gentle lambs who want to live, rather than exercise hatred's greatest signature and pleasure: killing without need?

Genesis 1:29-31 Then God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground-- everything that has the breath of life in it-- I give every green plant for food." And it was so. 31 God saw all that he had made, and it was very good.

Romans 14:20-21 Do not destroy the work of God for the sake of meat. 21 It is better not to eat flesh or anything else that will cause your brother to stumble.

1 Corinthians 8:13 - 9:1 Therefore, if what I eat causes my brother to fall into sin, I will never eat meat again, so that I will not cause him to stumble.

Numbers 11:4-5 God gave them manna, but the rabble among them began to lust for meat, and they started wailing: "If only we had meat to eat!

Numbers 11:33-34 But while the meat was still in their mouths the anger of the LORD burned against the people, and he struck them dead. 34 They called that place "Graves of Lust," because there they buried the people who had rejected manna and lusted after meat instead.

Psalm 78:24-25 God rained down manna for the people to eat, he gave them the grain of heaven. 25 Men ate the bread of angels; he sent them all the food they could eat.

Exodus 16 The Israelites ate manna forty years, until they came to a land that was settled; they ate manna until they reached the border of Canaan. As the LORD commanded Moses, Aaron put the manna in the ark of the Testimony, that it might be kept as a lesson for future generations. (cf. Hebrews 9:4)

Isaiah 66:2-3 Whoever sacrifices a bull is like one who kills a man, and whoever butchers a lamb, like one who breaks a dog's neck.

Just as King David rightly condemned the rich man for killing a baby lamb (2Samuel 12:1-5), so those who reject God's manna and embrace lusts for meat, will be condemned in the end. (Numbers 11, Psalm 78, Romans14) Why not be like God, Adam and Eve, Jacob(1), Paul and Daniel: all happier and healthier as vegans, the way God intended? (Daniel 1:12) Did not Paul say he would never eat meat again if it caused offense?(1Cor8.1) What's more offensive than 1 child dying every 10 seconds due to the destruction when massive amounts of foods are eaten by livestock instead of the starving? 2 Samuel 12:3 A poor man had nothing except one little ewelamb he had bought. He raised it, and it grew up with him and his children. It shared his food, drank from his cup and even slept in his arms. It was like a daughter to him.

A rich man living nearby was entertaining a guest, so the rich man stole and slaughtered the ewe lamb that belonged to the poor man and prepared it for his party guest. When David was told, he burned with anger against the rich man and said "As surely as the LORD lives, the man who did this deserves to die!"

Proverbs 15:17 Better a meal of vegetables with love than a fattened calf with hatred.

Isaiah 65:25 - 66:1 (As in Eden, so in Heaven:) The wolf and the lamb will feed together, and the lion will eat straw like the ox, but dust will be the serpent's food. They will neither harm nor destroy on all my holy mountain," says the LORD.

Would God ever kill someone for eating meat instead of the plant based diet he offered? The answer is YES. Were Adam and Eve commanded to be Vegan? The answer is YES. Did God command the Israelites in the Desert to be Vegan, even though he could clearly provide meat out of the sky? The answer is YES. Are even the Lions in Heaven Vegan? YES.

So when you are asked to choose the way of life, mercy and love, which does no harm, when you are asked to refrain from needlessly killing the innocent by becoming , what should your answer be? It should be YES!!!

Love does no harm, according to Jesus.(Rom13:10) Do you agree with this in principal? How about in practice? Carnivorism is rapidly destroying children, earth, species and animals on a global scale.
